Our puppies second visit they were more comfortable but the water was a little hot. We love the fenced in area to allow puppies to run and use the restroom. We also love the fact that everything works properly, the wash is always clean and it’s 24/7.
Took my 90# lab there this afternoon and water was so HOT he flinched, and tried to get out of the water. I ran the water for several minutes to see if it would cool down and it was still scalding hot.
I called you try and talk to Thorapple Vet to tell them about it. ( owners). a
All they did is deny it. The lady on the phone said she was there this morning and took a temperature reading and it was just warm.
No attempt to listen to my complaint, no attempt to make it right. It was NULL. Wasted. I’m not going to hurt my dog.
I would not have written this review if they had made ANY attempt, to listen, correct, acknowledge my concerns. All they did is immediately get defensive, and deny that anything might be wrong. It was somehow my fault.
Unique and convenient. We liked the music and the dryer was better than I anticipated. It had good air velocity. Water was really warm and possibly a little too warm. Some recommendations to make it better:
– the table definitely needs to be higher. It’s harsh on your back.
– for added convenience I would like someplace up high to connect our leash to minimize dog movement
– would appreciate the opportunity to pick the time I have. 20 min for NULL. I would use this more often if I didn’t have to commit to a complete dog washing. For example would love to be able to simply wash my dogs paws on occasions
This is my new winter bathing spot! I don’t have a tub (just a shower) so I usually bathe outside which is a hassle when it’s cold. I love love the patio door to vent the place.
The water is hot and the pressure is amazing. I love the different shampoos and the fact theres a tub disinfectant. The dryer was just a shop vacuum so it isn’t powerful enough for my double coated dogs, it’s enough to get excess water off, which is fine because I have a force dyer at home. By the time I’m all done it’s been 20 mins and fact its not per dog and it’s just 20 mins saves me so much money. Compared to other self washes this is a steal!
It is a very nice dog wash! The cost is NULL for 20 minutes. The water was a bit hot, but didn’t seem to bother my dog at all. My favorite thing about this dog wash is that the soaps are all included in the price and come right out of the water hose with the water, very much like a car wash! There is also a fenced in dog park right behind the dog wash which is open to the public. There is also dog treats available for purchase for additional NULL each. The machine for washing takes $ bills or card, no coins.
