The Memorial Park in Waterville has recently had the paths paved, and it makes walking much easier on the paths. It is now a very walk-friendly park with fantastic views of the Maumee River.
I was here for the annual Polar Bear Plunge on New Year’s Day. The park is rather sparse but has a nice parking lot. A public restroom would be nice if it is to be used for large gatherings where people will need to change clothes.
Great view of downtown reflecting off the river. Many types of facility rentals, park staff hard working but very friendly. Plenty for kids to do. Picnic or get the pizza. Restrooms clean and Plenty of parking. This park is a real gem
