Beautiful trail at the top of the lake connects Geneva to Waterloo, there is a 3 mile section of E River Rd to complete the route to Seneca Falls. This trail should be extended to connect Seneca Falls with Waterloo, could be a destination ride..

It was a nice ride. Not much canal view though. Also could use a little TLC. A bridge with a hole in it. We noticed on ride out. On the way back someone stuck a branch in it. Good thinking!! And along the way there was a section that was vibrantly decorated. At the end is a bit one nice riding along Seneca lake.

Wonderful trail, whether hiking, walking, running, or biking. My dog Jack loves his rides on the bike. I saw an Eagle about a month ago, perched up in a tree scouting for food. While riding one afternoon, Jack and I saw at least 10 rabbits cross our path along with squirrels and chipmunks. Berry picking also, look for the berry bushes. Great level path to walk or ride from Waterloo to Geneva State Park on the lake .
