Great place for the Warriors to practice. I wish both gates would be open more often, easier flow for traffic.
Really enjoy this park. It’s mostly sports fields with some tables and grills. The best part is that there aren’t a lot of posted rules like most parks. It seems okay if you want to have a few (reasonable!) beers with your cookout. Also, in the morning prime bring their dogs to play. Has kept my country dog very happy while staying here in the city.
We recently used the playground. Great open space for kids to run where we had a picnic (there are also covered picnic tables). Bathrooms are on site but they were locked. Very fun to watch the planes overhead going to the airport. I have also used the softball field before; good times.
It’s a nice little Park! It’s set back pretty much, off the main road; surrounded by trees. It’s not usually busy during the day but there are ball fields there and it does get busy in the afternoon/evenings.
The play area just used to be a simple climbing structure and then there was like, a big area of people’s off to the side that kids could dig in, lol. Now, they’ve cleaned it up a bit and added a nice swing set. Definitely way better than it used to be, I feel like. I know the kids loved the pebbles/rocks but I’m glad they’re gone lol. The picnic area is covered so that is nice and there’s plenty of garbage cans everywhere. There’s also the ball field, so my kids like to bring a soccer ball and go in there and kick it around.
There’s also a couple benches by the play structure, along with a little Library.
It’s safe after dark, but look out in daytime for people who are not having a Good Day.
