Always enjoyed the visit to this park.
It was my first visit to the park and it was great. The water was a little dirty but on a hot day it was really refreshing with the cold water just splashing over you. We were there for a good three hours, had tea on the pier but left as soon as we saw light strikes over in the far and than heard the Park Ranger calling everyone out of the water.
SEVERAL TIMES the bathroom has been closed- which means- Guess where everyone’s urinating??? The LAKE!!! & when the bathrooms are open; they’re absolutely disgusting! One time I brought my bathing suit w me & had to hide behind a bush to change!! They need to put on their website if the bathrooms are open or not. 🤮
Overall, I would highly recommend this family beach to anyone looking to make the most out of their time in the sun. The location was beautiful and well kept, and the range of activities provided ensured that there was something for everyone. I was very impressed with the level of punctuality when it came to the equipment, and it felt like everything was very well managed. Five stars!
