It’s okay for Waterbury. If you are a teen who likes basketball or a child who likes to play outdoors, this place is ok. Also good for dog walking.

Small playground with a small water fountain play area, swings and a fort. Bordered by roads. Free parking. No restrooms.

Water wasn’t running for my brothers to play in. Big open space just in direct sunlight. The play park isn’t shaded anywhere so the sides and everything in there is piping hot.

Chase park is a cute little water sprinkler park. A nice place for younger children to go to cool off during the hot summer months. It has slides, swings and various other playground equipment. It’s local and free.
It also has tennis courts and basket ball hoops for older kids. Again it’s all free.
The ice cream truck makes stops throughout the day.
