Oak Grove Park is a standout destination for dog owners searching for a family-friendly dog park in Washington Township, Ohio. Boasting two fully enclosed, large dog play areas, this dog park is ideal for pups of all sizes to run, play, and socialize off-leash. The park also features paved, wheelchair-accessible walkways, plenty of benches and seating, water stations for dogs, and convenient waste stations at the entrances, making it a clean and comfortable spot for everyone.
Beyond the dog park, Oak Grove Park is known for its well-maintained grounds and a wide variety of amenities including a catch-and-release pond, walking and pet-friendly trails, multiple playgrounds, sports fields, and exercise equipment. There is also ample parking and plenty of open space, making this a hub for both two- and four-legged visitors looking for an active day outdoors. While the dog park provides a secure and enjoyable environment, visitors should be aware that shade is minimal—bring your own umbrella or plan visits on cooler days.
This is one of those universal parks. They have almost everything you could want to do there. Hikes, playground, dog park, soccer and baseball fields. It’s a very peaceful place to visit.
This is a really great park with lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. There is plenty is seating areas. They also have a little trail you can walk around a pond. And around the pond in certain spots is work out equipment.
Super nice park. 2 nice sized playgrounds. Plenty of parking. 15 Soccer Fields. A catch and release pond. Baseball fields. A mile walking trail. Exercise route with equipment. 2 Dog Park areas. And plenty of picnic tables under shelter. There’s also an archery near the back of the park. So much to do at this park, and it’s always kept up nicely.
Great place for dog walks (bring your cleanup bags folks – plenty of trash bins along all paths). There are two enclosed, large play areas for your dogs. Well-maintained park. Love to visit here each time I visit the Dayton area.
This is a large open area park. it has a port-a-john bathroom but it was clean when I was there for Family Fun Day. There were many activities set up that day. Centerville Parks and Recreation has done a fabulous service to the community by setting up family days and adapted days (where families with kids with special needs can come and receive more assistance to do the activities).See photos
