Washington County Dog Park offers separate areas for large and small dogs within a spacious park setting. It features poop bag availability and picnic tables for seating. The park is situated on a slope with an uphill walk from the parking area, which affects accessibility and may be challenging for elderly or disabled visitors. There are no trash bins or paved pathways directly to the park, and the visual barrier separates the dog areas. The park closes at 5 pm during winter months but is otherwise accessible.

It’s a good size, but I wish there was parking in a little bit of better pathway to the entrance

It isn’t a bad park but it’s accessibility is severely lacking. It isn’t near a parking lot, so you have to walk either uphill or down hill a ways to get to it. There is no trash can to dispose of poop bags in. They also put visual barriers up between the large dog are and small dog area so they can’t even really look at eachother.

It just has a super lonely vibe for a park. Clearly an after thought and it could have been so nice :/

Didnt see a single other dog here either multiple times.

But overall take, not friendly for elderly, disabled, or unstable on their feet people.

Large dog side and small dog side.

Poop bags available.

This is within a much larger, beautifully maintained park.

One picnic table on each side.

Park closes at 5pm during the winter season through March 31st, although there’s nothing stopping you from driving in and out after that curfew.

You’ve got a little uphill jaunt from the parking area to the dog park.

I’m surprised this park has a reasonable rating. Came for a first visit in the early morning when there is dew. There is parking down the hill but I didn’t feel like trekking, so I parked on the road beside the park instead. The park is basically on a slope. Because of landscape you can’t step down from the road and there aren’t any stairs yet. My two dogs were exciting and pulling slightly… we fell. Maintenance told me a woman also fell and broke her leg the same way. I’ll port a picture but it’s much more steel than it appears.
