The restroom is around the corner when you follow the boardwalk. It’s free. You just need to scan the barcode w/ your phone.

A great little area close to the waterfront and the riverwalk. We walked down here after a Nationals game and had a great time. Temperature was lovely and there were lots of people out enjoying and relaxing. Only downside was lots of weed smell in patches. The bridge was cool once the lights were on at night.
