This is honestly a nice little park. Plenty of space, beautiful views, friendly wildlife and there’s even an interesting little meditative Labyrinth in the middle. It’s a lot more peaceful than you would expect from being essentially under a major Highway. Also it’s a short distance from restaurants, shops and a movie theater. This place is great for a walk, a picnic or just to take in the views of the Potomac, Key Bridge, Roosevelt Island, the Kennedy Center and Rosslyn and clear your mind.

I loved the Georgetown Waterfront ever since I moved to the area. Many restaurants to choose from, you can stroll and people watch, look at the sunset while you eat, get on a boat and party or just go on a cruise! You can just bring a blanket and chill. Afterwords, walk around Georgetown and shop at one of the many stores available.
