I had the best experience with Ed. He brought our happy kitten boys from DC to NYC. The communication leading up the the transport and him checking in regularly was superb. I trusted him completely to make the trip as comfortable as possible for my little babies. He also checked in with us the next day on how the little ones are doing. Ed is an absolute gem.
Ed was my pet transportation angel. He arrived at Dulles cargo with a happy, sincere greeting, and calm professional demeanor. When we learned our crate was not the appropriate size, Ed jumped into action, called his contacts and secured exactly what we needed… all on schedule for processing. Thank you Ed for helping to calm my nerves and guide our sweet dog on her way overseas.
Edward was great and very professional! He had already started the paperwork before we arrived to drop off the dogs. It was a very busy day at the cargo drop off. Edward was on the ball with getting everything processed for their flight. He had everything ready for the crates, tons of stickers, info, photos of the dogs, their food, harnessed and leashes plastered on their crates as well as the paperwork. He made sure everything was secured tightly and zipped tied the crate doors last. He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with the process. Definitely knows what he is doing and this took a lot pressure off of us. Highly recommend him, he was fantastic!
Amazing service!!! Ed is the BEST! He loves the dogs, has the best smile, and is very communicative. I never could have gotten my dog Fred to three weeks of puppy day school classes in Alexandria from my home in DuPont without Ed. Especially because I experienced an unexpected family emergency during week 2 and so my pup had to be dropped off in 4 different locations over the next week. He was incredibly patient and accommodating. Thank you Ed!!! Fred misses you!!
Ed is amazing! He delivered my new kitten Gizelle from D.C to Dallas, TX.I had multiple updates along the way. It was a great experience.Even after having her a few days, he has been a great resource to me. It has been a while since I was a mommy to a kitten.
