My favorite park! Feels like a speakeasy but it’s a park! Quiet and secluded, it’s DC’s best kept secret so it’s never too crowded. I love spending time here in every season. Spring is a symphony of colorful blooms 💐. Summer is a private sunny spot to sunbathe with a lover or best friend🌞. Fall is a refreshing reprieve with gorgeous leaf coloring 🍁. And Winter was the best surprise of them all with string lights lining the trees and shrubs ✨. Absolutely magical place

I wouldn’t be going there if they sprayed round up a couple weeks ago. As a matter of fact I wouldn’t be hanging around anywhere near it. I may walk by but I wouldn’t lay on the grass or dirt where they sprayed Round up even by the alley parts next to the park too. I definitely would of flagged this big time. Instead there’s not much action being taken. I spoke with one of the workers that week and they said it was in fact “Round up”.

ROCKSTAR 4EVER

Such a cozy park in the middle of this crazy city. I’m so happy to have discovered it. And it’s my backyard. 😆 🤣 😂 😹

Nice park but, watch your step for rutts in the grass some are ankle twisters. Probably from the irrigation system or heavy lawn care equipment used to cut the grass.
Dog friendly toddler parties when the weather is nice and dominate the park on weekends.
Note it is a private/public park please pick-up after yourselves and dogs.
NO PARKING around the park
