We just had our first grooming experience at City Dogs and everything was great! Alex and Anna at the front desk were super friendly by phone and in-person, and definitely put me at ease leaving my pup there for the first time. It was surprisingly easy to get a same week appointment, which was a nice perk.
I am happy to have found a new neighborhood groomer after our previous one moved across town.
My dog has been a client here for 2 years and I am pleased with the service each time. GG is his groomer and she’s patient with my dog as he can be anxious. Over the years GG has taken the time to get to know my dog and she cares about making him comfortable.
The staff were kind, friendly and very professional. If I could afford too bring my dog everyday I would. We really love bringing our dogs there. This is a second place we can call their homes. Kai and Layla really did enjoyed themselves.
Loved it here. If you’re a helicopter dog mom like me with a little anxiety if you’re dog is going to well, look no further this is the spot. They made me welcomed, comfortable and answered all my questions. Looking forward to using their services again.
Awesome, attentive staff and incredible, affordable haircuts. I take my pup to get groomed by GG at City Dogs on H Street—she has so much patience and goes the extra mile to connect with every dog she works with. His cuts are always great and grow out great, too! 10/10, would recommend.
