love this place! we’ve been here for 3 years and have had only good experiences living here. we’ve had a high ceiling apartment and it made it feel like we were in a little house:) also very dog friendly!
Here is how the complex takes care of a situation. I mentioned that maintenance plow the sidewalk by the dog waste bin when it snows. It IS a sidewalk and their responsibility. The bin was by the far pine trees. The head of maintenance came out and we spoke, I heard nothing but excuses about a little hill on the sidewalk but I was kind and understanding. I woke up yesterday to the bin being moved right in front of my window/apartment. I specifically asked that this NOT happen when he suggested it because of the smell in the summer. He moved it anyhow! Good way to take care of your residents (being facetious). Ugh! I’m sure it was done in spite as my husband and I had previously asked that they plow the sidewalk. This is very upsetting and lazy. I hope no one falls on the ice/snow there but if someone does, I hope they take legal action against Lancaster Lakes.
The property manager is amazing. Their whole team works together and culture is important. They have events for the community and their management company is extremely detailed about safety and cleanliness. Great job!
I have lived here 4 years and just renewed my lease for another year. I am very pleased with staff in the office as well as the maintenance crew and groundskeeper. My apartment is surrounded by nature and is peaceful.
I never thought I would be so sad to leave an apartment, yet here I am! I truly love this apartment complex so much. Being a mom to three little ones, feeling safe is very important. I have always felt safe living here and love the community! The management is super kind and always hosting events such as pool parties for beginning of school and end of school, etc.
Maintenance is always quick to respond which is very helpful, especially during hot summers and cold winters! My family and I have loved having a pool during the super hot days and a pond to look for fish with the kids. The park is always a hit, and whenever I take my dog for a walk, she tries to drag me to the dog park because she loves it so much. The tennis court is very nice and the kids like to ride their bikes and scooters there, and I have also seen people set up tennis lessons and games there during spring, summer, and fall. I love that they have a 24 hour gym for the late nights that I need to catch up, or snowy days where I can’t run outside. OH! Not to mention living right behind a bunch of stores, McDonald’s for easy ice cream trips with the kids, and a bowling alley for a fun outing with the family that’s within walking distance.
I can’t say enough good things about this complex. It’s very bitter sweet leaving, but I’m so thankful to have friends here so we can visit often.
