100% recommend Campbowwow. All of their staff is super caring and friendly to me and our puppy. We have been taking our extremely hyper and obnoxious pup there since August and they keep great eyes on him and correcting his behavior in the best/safest way. He comes home exhausted from running, jumping around and playing with the other doggies. I absolutely love that they have cameras to check in with and if anything ever happens they will let you know through a phone call or when you pick him up. We have boarded him a couple times and the staff always takes the best care of him and make sure he is fed and has his stuffy. They have a great package that includes nails, bath, ears and teeth that has save us many of times.

I have been bringing my dog Harvey to camp since 2021. He loves it so much! As soon as i make the turn to go in there he starts doing his happy whine and running back and forth in the car! He can’t wait to get inside and see all the staff! We also started bringing our new rescue(dec 2023) here as well. She was a bit more reserved at first with camp, but she loves it as well. It has helped her so much with her anxiety and fear of men. We have even started boarding them both almost once a month, just for a “mom and dad” break. They are cattle dog breeds, so they have a ton of energy and daycare and boarding are the perfect place for them to get that energy out! I dont know what we’d do without Camp Bowwow! Deb, Paul, Brittanie, and all the other wonderful staff members are AMAZING!!!!
PS. they even do special events for the pups, like photos on their birthdays, and pictures with Santa 🙂
We SO love this Bow Wow, Paul and the entire team are so wonderful with our German Shepard – Barron. He is very high energy and as he was a rescue, at times he has some socialization challenges. But the team are patient, attentive and very respectful that we have strict behavior rules with him at home. He loves his sleep overs and play days, and the spa treatment is the best – he comes home so relaxed and happy.
I live in SW Michigan and I would rather drive up to Clarkston to drop him off for extended stays than use any of our local options. I travel a lot for work and Barron comes with me when possible, so I have used boarding kennels and day care all over the US and Bow Wow in Clarkston is Barrons favorite. He is always so happy when we park the car out front and he can’t wait to get inside and play. I tend not to login to see the cameras, as I trust the staff there – but if that is your thing its a nice option to have.
If you love your fur baby, then look no further than Bow Wow Clarkston. Great Value. Great Staff.

When my husband and I moved to Lake Orion and had to leave our previous day camp someone told us about them and we will NEVER go anywhere else. Our dog Ricky loves all the camp counselors and all the dogs there!
When I pick him up from daycare or boarding he is so tired from all the fun activities Paul plans!!
I know 100% that my baby is taken care of when he is there!
Our frenchies love going to Camp Bow Wow! We average about 1 to 2 times a month for social interaction for them. They are excited the second they walk in! Great staff and very clean! Offer grooming services which is a plus. Great location if you travel from I75.
