My rental experience at the Dorsey has been amazing! The property is new, clean and quiet. My unit has modern furnishes with a gas stove. I feel safe and the staff is beyond friendly and always knows who I am! Cant recommend this apartment enough to anyone that needs to be in the Villa Rica area.

My family & I have been here a little short of 6 months however we have been enjoying it so far! Mainly due to management, the leasing staff and the maintenance staff is top tier they really prioritize your request and go above and beyond tending to the community! Every single request has been handled in a timely manner and they even check to make sure you’re satisfied with how your request is handled! I haven’t experienced such a professional, friendly and welcoming staff like this since living in Georgia! 5 stars to the Dorsey staff! Also the apartments are fairly good quality!

The Dorsey by Alta is the definition of luxury living. The amenities add such a nice touch. Preferably, I adore the dog spa and outdoor grills beside the pool. It smells wonderful everywhere and the upkeep that is provided is outstanding. The apartments themselves are very up to date and modern. I 10/10 would recommend to any friend! 🙂
