I kept my dog here for memorial day weekend. I should have known not to keep him here starting off with lack of communication, weeks ago I emailed them needing to change the dates and never heard back from them. So then I decided to call them to change the dates. Originally I had the pick up time at 5, the lady changed it to the day before and never told me she changed the time of pick up for that day or the fact that they do close earlier on the new day I will be picking him up. The day to pick him up came around and I got a call 2 MINUTES before closing that they will be closing and to pick him up, while discussing it on the phone I was blamed for not knowing their schedule. I understand I should have double checked the closing time but there was no communication whatsoever. During his time there, I paid for daycare everyday and saw him in his crate area every time I turned on the camera making me believe they dont leave it often. The day I was supposed to pick him up i was told at 3:58 that I cant after 4, which made me wonder how he will go out and get any attention until the next day when they open at 6:30?? I dont want my dog in a pen for 13.5 hours, kinda the reason I brought him there. i arrived there seeing as there were still people on the cameras to pick him up, walked in and was told I cant take him with me. I was greeted rudely and with an attitude immediately by a gentleman in the front, I was told I couldn’t get my dog and would have to pay for another night of boarding. I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone!
My dog absolutely loves this place. He literally pulls me from the car directly to the front door and is super excited to be there . He is sad to go back in the car to go home …lol….I am appreciative to have it for the days I work from home . He gets to play and I can work. I am able to view his time there via the webcams. I see him playing with the other dogs and love seeing the handlers interacting and playing with the dogs as well. …..Highly Recommend !!
You guys are awesome. My Shepherds are like my children. We have been working with them on boarding for the last several months. Not sure if I was going to be able to leave them for 9 days. We only had internet on our cruise. So the photos and videos of them playing and having fun are awesome.
I would highly recommend them to anybody. You must also prepare your pups before going. Our Shepherds are velcro pups so that was a big concern.

We love the staff and facilities at Chippie’s. Grooming to boaring our brood comes back to us calm then excited when they see us but still well behaved (or as much as multiple schnauzers can be) . The staff is wonderful. Win Win
