Very nice dog friendly beach! Tons of seashells and shark teeth. Before the beach, there’s a nice dog park, showers to rinse sand off and dog water station. Dogs are able to roam leash free and most owners took ownership in cleaning up after dogs and watching after them.

My dogs absolutely love it here. Free roam to run and swim and explore. They always come home exhausted and sleep for hours! Wish we loved closer to visit more frequently!

The salt water does give them an upset stomach for a day (but they play hard).

The sand can get hot on the paws until they reach the sand closer to the water.

There is both an enclosed dog park for dry play and then beach access for swimming.

There is a lot of people (and dogs) that go… so if u don’t like dogs approaching you or your pups…. sit this one out.

ABSOLUTELY recommend this dog beach!
It’s huge, there are poop bags provided as well as trash cans. There is a place to rinse off your paw friends after being in the saltwater.
A long walking path , which we utilized after Hounds rinse off, to dry.
The restrooms are clean. 10/10 would recommend. We went on a Sunday later March, and I swear there were 200 dogs for Hound to play with !
