I lived at The Parks of Belleville for 2 years and had a really nice time living there. It’s a friendly community and I always felt safe, which is something that’s very important to me. Terri, the community manager, is an absolutely wonderful person and made the whole experience even better by how much she cares about the people who live there. Maintenance was always speedy and kind. It’s a pretty good location too, with a lot of stuff a short drive away. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend The Parks to anyone!
We are new to the Belleville Apartments and chose it because of Terri and the apartment was all redone and refreshed. The whole staff has been so helpful to us trying to order online before we arrive. Can’t wait to get settled in.
I’ve lived at The Parks of Belleville for 5 years and I love it here. Randi in the office is so polite and helpful. All maintenance issues have been fixed quickly. And the amenities are great!

*Photos to come!* The experience so far has been incredible. From talking to Randi over the phone, to touring the apartment with Terri, property manger, has been the best experience yet. Have been renting for 3 years now, and this is yet one of the best apartment complexes I have been to. Terri has been very transparent with be about the whole process and was able to accommodate me with everything I was looking for. Even the “standard” unit has been greatly taken care of. This rental facility deserves the whole 5 stars!
