Not well maintained for MTB. Looks like no one comes here. I visited in August, a lot of overgrowth.

Completely covered in ticks after hiking here.
It’s probably a great trail for mountain biking or during the colder months.
Lots of fun mushrooms along the trail, but not worth the 20+ ticks crawling up my legs by the time I got back to my car.

This colley trail has an MTB water fall 🤩. 4 different trails leves to ride within its peak. Easy way to ride to the top (get into the twins oaks rd.) straight up and make a left before the electric towel.
