Lake isn’t too big and fishing spots aren’t too private but it’s nice
This was a very nice park. I took my granddaughter fishing. The lake seemed full of fish.
Absolutely breathtaking! We’ve never been to the area before and looking for some peace–we found a sanctuary.People fishing and just enjoying the view. Has a really nice dock to stand/fish on as well as a dock for your kayak.I would highly recommend. I want to go back and read a book under a tree overlooking the water!
Really lovely lake and waking trails. It was quiet, peaceful, and not crowded. There are a ton of wildlife and landscape photography options here. We saw a number of migrating birds, tons of chipmunks, turtles, and fish. Too, the few people who were there were either fishing, boating, (boating and fishing), or relaxing around the lake on blankets or in hammocks. We’ll certainly be back!
