Great dog park! 2 large, wide open fenced in areas. One’s for larger dogs & one for little ones. Each side has a paved walking path around the perimeter.
Nicely kept, with a water bubbler for the dogs.
There is a port-a-potty on site for the humans as well.
Well maintained dog park with 2 separate fenced in areas for small (under 30lb) and large dogs. Both sides have a water fountain and sand pit. Lots of grass with a cement path and a shaded area with benches.
Usually fairly busy – even at 6am I’m never there alone. Which is good since you’re taking your dog to a dog park to socialize. Just be aware this usually isn’t a quiet area to train your dog off leash without distractions.
A nice bonus is this area has some of the best views you can get in the region, all without any hiking.
Really nice, new park. Heavy grass and clover cover. Nice sand pit for diggers. Shade structures present as was trash, bags, and water bubblers. Separate section for small dogs. …and a portapotty!
Also, gorgeous view out the back of the park.
My dogs love this place! Such a clean and well maintained section of town for residents to bring their beloved dogs and know they can enjoy themselves without a headache.
Update: I decided to take my puppy there. Most of the time he has a great time in the big dog pen (small dog pen under 30lbs, big dog pen 30lbs +) , but lately there have been some really aggressive dogs that are relentless and won’t stop attacking him….so apparently a 60+ lb puppy is too small for the big dog pen. I guess I’ll just have to wait until he’s 100+lbs before I take him back so he can defend himself because the owners of the aggressive dogs are too busy on their phones to pay attention and recall their dogs!
Absolutely the best doggie park I’ve ever been too!! There are 2 sections, 1 for little dogs (max 30lbs) which I think is fantastic and then there is the large dog area. They provide poop bags, a water bubbler for the pups, benches, a sand box, a shaded area, lots or space for the pups to run and play, plus a paved area that goes around the play area for pup parents to walk if they want … 8 laps = 1 mile 😊
