I’ve been coming up here to Lake Whitney for the last 25 years. The lake has come down quite a bit but it’s still beautiful and peaceful up here. I bring my dogs up here for some peace .I don’t fish but just enjoy the quietness of it all.

I love Lake Whitney! It is about an hour drive from me, and worth it. This is a great area to capture nature shots, enjoying sunsets or and taking a walk to explore nature. Lots of public access and camping options.
