Quaile Rand Norton Park is a welcoming dog park in Turlock, California, known for its large, grassy areas and relaxed atmosphere. The park features two separate fenced zones: one for smaller dogs and one for larger breeds, ensuring safety and comfort for pups of all sizes. Sunnyview park is not one of the more safer parks. They do have a dog run area, but I’ve also seen a lot of sketch people there. Be aware of your surroundings and bring pepper spray just in case.
This is such a great dog park I don’t understand why no reviews. Why it’s listed as closed is beyond me. Big grassy space, 2 parks for bigger and smaller dogs, and few people. The only lame reality about this park is there is only one sitting bench in the whole big dog side, and only one in the small dog yard. I guess they don’t want you to stay. Sitting in the shade on the grass on a hot day is pretty cool, too. As long as you check the ground first. 😉
Spacious and clean. Bbq pits available as well as picnic tables and benches. Also a small kid’s playground, restrooms and a water fountain. Nice enclosed area for the dogs to play in. If your there around noon it is also one of the local lunch truck stops on weekdays.
Great dog park. There are 2 fenced in areas, one for small dogs, and one for big dogs. You must keep them leashed until behind the fenced in area, then you can release them from leash.
Also a great playground with swings, slide, monkey bars, etc. Also a really large field for ball games, etc.
Restrooms are available there. All in all a really nice park with shade trees and lots of room for play.
This place has so much potential.. It’s obvious the county doesn’t put any effort here. The lawn hasn’t been mowed for a while. County workers come everyday to dump trash, open restrooms. The grass is thick and green,
