McCullough Park is a vibrant community destination in Tulsa, Oklahoma, popular for its family-friendly atmosphere and range of amenities. While not exclusively a traditional dog park, McCullough Park provides dog owners in Tulsa with pet-friendly trails and open spaces perfect for leisurely walks. The park features paved paths, shaded picnic areas, a fantastic playground, water pad, and convenient parking.
Visitors highlight the park’s expansive and clean play areas, covered tables, and close proximity to restrooms. While the park does not offer a fully fenced dog run or separate areas for large and small dogs, it appeals to those seeking a peaceful place to walk their pets and enjoy nature in the heart of Tulsa. Its pump track and open green spaces make McCullough Park a great spot for both pet owners and families.
Super fun new playground with a tall climbing structure and fast slides. Splash pad. Bathrooms. Covered tables and seats. Expansive pump track with asphalt surface.
Great playground. Fun equipment. Lots of places to sit for parents. My complaint is it was covered in trash. The trash cans were stuffed full too. I picked up one bag full of trash but made no dent in the garbage. No where to put the bag of trash since the cans were full.
Also the dumper bucket at the splashpad wasn’t working, which made the splash pad little more than just some water sprinklers.
The bathrooms were pretty disgusting with no soap in the women’s room.
That being said, my 5yo had a great time, and we will be coming back, possibly with large bags to help pick up trash.
I may just be biased because I lived in Kansas for 20 years and Kansas doesn’t do playgrounds right, but this park was great. A kid in my family was having a birthday and the facilities here were nice and clean. On top of that there’s a bit of something for every kid. There’s a mock dirtbike area made with asphalt, swings, a batting cage for ball sports, a sprinkler area for kids to enjoy, a massive slide that reaches up pretty high, and likely more I didn’t notice. Also, there’s several picnic areas too. I think there’s also a path that goes farther out, but I didn’t get to check that.
No complaints. Will definitely get pictures with my camera next time.
It’s a bit small but there’s still lots of room to walk and picnic. Very fun playground and water pad to play in and enclosed bathroom close by.
Really impressive pump track. Okay place to have a picnic, save for all the smokers at the park pavilion and sitting in their car smoking. Looks like this place is also really prone to flooding in a light rain (not the pump park, but the walkways leading into park).
Lots of trash for a random weekday. Saw a park worker pull up but he just idled a bit then left.
