Daisy Knight Dog Park

Daisy Knight Dog Park in Troy, MI offers separate areas for small and medium/large dogs with water fountains and spacious run areas. It is wheelchair accessible and allows dogs off-leash. While the park provides picnic tables and ample parking, some visitors have noted issues with rough grass, drainage, and mud after rain, impacting usability on wet days.

The location and membership price are good, but someone needs to do something about the water drainage. The mud and standing water make this park unappealing.
We enjoy the park, always appreciate the other dogs and owners. Biggest issue is the drainage. After a big rain… Don’t bring your dog(s) for days unless you don’t mind wet muddy dogs in your car. It’s disappointing. Definitely limits the days we use the park.
Its a nice place to go to socialize your dog, but nothing more than a fenced in area of very rough patchy grass. If you have ever been to the Orion oaks dog park then you will be disappointed. The ground was too rough for my small dog to really run on, he was kind of limping along, (and he usually sprints). Really wish they would improve the grass and expand the size of the fenced area. I went to the grand opening and was not impressed. I’m on the fence about whether or not the fee is worth it.
Two separate parks for small and medium/ large dogs. Water fountains for dogs. Large area to run in.
Can anyone explain what the Park is doing with the fees that are paid for membership? This is the most bare bones piece of shit I’ve ever seen. They provide nothing and you have to pay for the goddamn key and membership, that’s ridiculous.
