What i do not love is the design of this building.
Its like the NYC Subway in there. I took a picture of the map and STILL couldnt figure it out. Very difficult to navigate.
If you have the availability to go to a different medical facility do it. Tripler has absolutely been the worst place to go for care. No I don’t want a profile I want someone to care enough to help me figure out what is wrong. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operational. The staff cares about a paycheck and that’s it.

Why don’t you actually have certified people who can properly do their jobs?? I had to take my husband home after being admitted because how many times did he call me throughout the night after these nurses kept having to stick him multiple times. I’m a licensed ER nurse give me that needle or let me re-insert the IV line and provide amazing patient care.

I used to never be afraid of needles and would often let students poke and prod for practice but since going here a few times due to my chronic illness they have ruined my veins and caused me to vomit now every time I get an IV and will not listen when I tell them I need an ultrasound machine for them to find my veins now. Im not going to go on about the other issues I had in this hospital but there’s a reason they call it crippler
