We have lived in this park for 20 years. Our managers, Jim & Pat Mueller, ran the park for 10 years, then semi-retired. When they did, the park fell dramatically in cleanliness and smooth operation. Now they are back and continually doing whatever is necessary to make the park clean and we’ll managed. We long-time residents really appreciate their work to make this the nicest park in Tonto Basin.

We’ve been here 3 months now, and enjoy the park. Super clean, friendly enough neighbors.
