TOMS RIVER: Riverfront Landing County Park offers a gorgeous view of the Toms River (yes, it really exists!) and is a great spot to reflect at the memorials, watch boats sail by, and have a picnic on the lawn. There is no parking, so you will have to find a spot somewhere in town and walk over to the park. There is also a cool staircase across the street that goes into the police station parking lot.

I’m a sunrise and sunset fan and if you look at the picture here from this place, it’s exactly what you will see when you’re there and an early evening. This was my first time seeing the sunset at this magical place and it won’t be my last.

I took a ride on The River Lady for a nice relaxing lunch. Today 6/11/2023, after church, I walked down to this park. Nestled amongst the boat docks, was a quiet, quant private little park to escape to with a book and a nice cup of coffee. Seems like a very relaxing, good place to meditate.
