We were visiting from the coast and needed to let our little dog run around. We went to the small dog area but unfortunately there were three out of control dogs there, owners were elderly women sitting in lawn chairs who did nothing to control their dogs. The dogs had a pack mentality and would not leave us alone, ganging up, humping,, it was weird. We were there less than two minutes and left. The women were ‘you’re leaving so soon?’’ They were pretty ignorant of basic dog park etiquette. This was the first bad experience at any of the numerous dog parks we have visited during our travels. The park is nice, but was ruined by these out of touch women.

Very happy to have found a dog park that has a designated small dog area. It’s fenced it, grassy, has abundant chairs to sit it, and metal roof for some shade, if desired! We will definitely be back 🙂
