Level paths through mature woods. Free public bicycle repair station complete with repair stand, tools, and air pump. Parking area, covered picnic shelter, and comfort station. Directly across the street from the Robinson Woods Preserve. Additional improvements currently underway.
Flynn Woods Preserve is directly across the street from Robinson Woods. Both are Chikaming Open Lands properties. This is a newer preserve with about 1 mile of loop trail. At the entrance is a picnic area. We were trailbreakers here and the snow was knee deep in some spots so tough going but beautiful. Lots of wildlife tracks here. Kid friendly dog friendly free. Last time I was here they hadn’t finished the loop trail. Will have to come back in the spring!
