Lenny Flek came highly recommended to us as a dog trainer/behaviorist who would provide our Shepherd/Doberman/Hound Mix, Lucas, with an incredible outdoor adventure that would satiate his return to nature. Our expectations on the caliber of professionalism, the excellence of service, the attentiveness to our needs, compassion and understanding of our Lucas were exceeded. Follow-up 8/11/23: Lucas took his first hike today. As you can see in his face, he was blissed out. Lenny has a kind gentle manner with dogs. He is definitely in sync with them and understands their individual temperaments and respects that. Lucas came home tired and happy. We have already booked Lucas’s next hike.
Follow-up 8/18/23: Second hike. Lucas is more relaxed with his new Pack Leader and is now enjoying every moment of his experience from the drive with his dog buddies to the hiking grounds and back. This gets as blissful as it can be for a pup. We are grateful for Lenny and the service he provides for Lucas. Our next adventure is the 3 hour hike and we can’t wait!

3Hour hike#2: Lucas is now a veteran doggy hiker. His confidence is growing. His contentment soaring. We are so grateful for this service provided by Lenny Flek.
3 hour hike #3, 9/5/23: As Lucas approached the drop off spot, he became more and more happily excited. When he saw Lenny, he cried out in joy and tried to squeeze thru the tiny opening in the window. He couldn’t contain his joy. When Lucas met up with Lenny, he was doing a Boxer kidney bean wiggle. He easily jumped into Lenny’s SUV (normally he will not jump into our SUV) and that was a big surprise. As Lenny approached the SUV to close the hatch, Lucas wrapped his arms around him and gave hearty licks. As they left for their adventure, Lucas’s head was out the window with the biggest doggy smile ever! His adventure pictures showed all his doggy dreams were fulfilled. We celebrated with a brunch at a local café.
Update: 5/29/24: Lucas continues to thrive and mature under the compassionate guidance of Lenny. He is in total joy driving to and after his hikes with Lenny. We remain very happy parents.

Lenny is calm, caring, professional, and patient. He provides my dog with an exciting day (or half a day) in the woods with streams and nature and other dogs which he doesn’t get to experience that often. I love this service and Lenny is great! Above all else, I feel my dog is in safe hands!

We had the pleasure of first meeting and working with Lenny when our dog attended his doggy daycare, where he took incredible care of his staff, premises, and all of the dogs who attended. We worked further with Lenny’s services to help train our dog (Bridges- Chihuahua/Pug Mix) who was reactive on a leash and when people approached our home. Lenny not only worked with us in our home, but out in the community. We learned valuable tools that we use to this day to help support our dog. Lenny is an extremely knowledgeable trainer who cares immensely about the dogs and people he works with. We highly recommend his services.
