I hate this apartment complex. Been living here for a year and for one, the walls are PAPER thin, you can hear every single footstep from your neighbors above you, as well as they have no regards for time and noise levels.

Additionally, there is always some water issue here, whether it is leaking in the units or them shutting the water off to the whole complex altogether with no notification and after business hours on a weekday where people want to come home and bathe after a long day!

Yes the complex is more affordable than most, but you get what you pay for.
They tow like crazy around here, you can’t even run to the bathroom then run back to your car without it getting snatched by the Towing Company, as well as they have LIMITED visitor parking and THEY WILL tow your visitor’s car

Overall 1/10, do not recommend

DO NOT KOVE HERE.

And don’t post no bs reply (management company) because it’s not fixing anything. Worry about finding more pleasant leasing consultants and fixing up your community than worrying about replying to reviews and not fixing their problems

Mr. Eugene was in our building and we were able to grab his attention to fix an issue that was ongoing for a couple of weeks. He came in and fixed our issue and was friendly doing so. We appreciate him taking the time out to fix our issue considering we spoke to the rental office twice and was only told that that would send our issue over as a reminder.

It’s very rare that I leave reviews, but Johnathan who works with the maintenance team here is amazing. From his professionalism, communication skills, commitment to his communications/promises made, and even follow-up check-ins…he made my recent maintenance issue a much better experience than it would have been elsewhere. I can honestly say that with him working on property, I feel a higher level of comfort regarding my maintenance requests being completed.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This place is an absolute joke! The apartment above mine AC unit has been leaking water into my kitchen ceiling for about a month now. I have contacted maintenance as well as the leasing office on this matter MULTIPLE times and NO ATTEMPTS were made to fix the issue. They NEGLECTED the matter for so long MOLD began to develop on my ceiling. The one lady April in the office had the audacity to argue with my dad that it was mildew and not mold without even setting foot into the apartment or even looking at a photo. NEWSFLASH mildew is not black!! Mold is DEADLY when inhaled by humans. I had to go to the extent of sending a certified letter to get them to do anything about it.

When maintenance did finally show up, they were just going to scrape the mold off and paint over it, until my dad spoke up. Which made them adjust their plan of action. They cut a big whole in my ceiling and have NOT been back to fix it. There’s still water dripping onto my kitchen counter while I’m typing this. It has been days with no updates. Decided to pay the leasing manager a visit today and Nadia asked me did they put the drywall up yet?!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Is that a serious question! If me or my dad had not been here they were just going to put dry wall up over a wet and leaking ceiling. How inhumane is that. Their lack of care or concern for their tenant’s health, safety and living conditions is despicable. The manager Nadia should be ashamed of herself for allowing this and other tenants that reside here to live like this.

If you want a DECENT place to reside where your landlord actually cares about important things, this is NOT the place for you. Save yourself the stress, time, money and peace and look elsewhere. I am Patrice Randolph and I approve this message! You all can also see the photos attached to back up what I’m saying.

I was impressed by the young maintenance worker who took care of my requests. He was knowledgeable about the building’s limitations and made sure I understood what could be done. Very friendly and professional! Glad they were able to finally hire more maintenance staff and my requests were previously cancelled so I was surprised and impressed when he showed up. It wasn’t about my ac request thou but glad he came. I been here 2 months hopefully you don’t run the new hires away.

Morgan Property has enough evidence base data by reviewing maintenance tickets to see what’s the concerns are here. This property is being treated like the step sisters of all the sister properties. Definitely not what you all advertise on the website. Thanks for all the new toilets, security cameras in parking lot and now the mass internal building extermination but it shouldn’t take residents posting reviews for you all to react. Like I said I only been here 2 months 😔 I request to have the air filter changed every 30days to my special filter and this is the results after 30days but mad when we call about our air conditioner or musky air odors. You all did have contractors come out and change everyone filter last month but as you see that’s not enough.
