Our dogs love going there!!! They get so excited when they realize where we are. Georgia takes great care with them and they always look, smell and feel so wonderful when they come home.

Very nice service. First time for my dog to go to groomer and she did great. Clean and affordable. Highly recommend.

Quick, well-priced, and pleasant staff. I will recommend it to anybody that needs a dog groomer.
Updating 12/2024: Dogs get a cute lil bandana when they get groomed, too! They continue to be the best here. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Georgia and team are all great to deal with and are so kind to my dogs. I’m super picky about where I bring my animals and I couldn’t recommend Bark of the Town more. 10/10 🥰

We’ve been bringing our dog here for almost 3 years, but after today, never again. We’ve always tried to be understanding despite the owner’s lack of basic friendliness. We didn’t mind the attitude as long as the grooming was done well, but after today, you won’t even get a good review out of me. And since I happen to have the day off, I have time to write this beautiful one! If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacks even the most basic customer service skills. We had a 9:15 AM appointment (confirmed by text), arrived at 9:17, and were immediately met with attitude. Instead of handling things professionally, the owner spoke to me condescendingly, claimed they “don’t do 9:15 appointments” (despite the text confirmation), and then tried to charge an extra NULL on top of the NULL we already pay for our 25lb doodle for one knot I got out with my fingers once we got home, even though my boyfriend’s mom used to pay the same price for her 50-60lb dogs. She actually stopped coming here because of how rude the owner is, so that’s multiple customers lost over poor attitude alone. On top of that, my dog was already nervous hiding under chairs, and instead of making the experience less stressful, she made it worse. For someone who works with animals all day, I’d expect at least a little patience and compassion, but I guess that’s too much to ask. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values both good service and a stress-free experience for their pet. But hey, if you don’t care about being greeted with a smile or treated with basic respect, this is the place for you! If you have a doodle, though, I’d look elsewhere because apparently, when you pay for grooming here, they expect your dog’s coat to be completely knot-free, as if you’re bringing in a straight-haired retriever!!! Funny enough, as someone with naturally curly hair, I can tell you that’s impossible! Curls naturally fall into each other and create knots just from, you know… existing!!! You learn something new every day. Glad I could teach you something! At the end of the day, being kind and professional costs nothing. Hopefully, one day, you’ll realize that. Best of luck, you’re gonna need it!

Honestly I really wouldn’t of cared until she caught an attitude with me a paying customer, eyebrows raised nostrils flared and all and then tried to hand me a brush to brush my dog in her establishment as if I work there and it’s not what I pay you for? Then I give you the benefit of the doubt and was about to brush her until you addressed me with an attitude AGAIN claiming im 20 minutes late and you don’t do 9:15 appointments but as you can see in our conformation text that YOUR BUSINESS SENDS I was correct and you did schedule us for 9:15 so wasn’t 20 minutes late like you claimed I was, I was 2 minutes. As if you telling me I’m late and that you’re busy wouldn’t have been taken any other way then an attitude and as if it was my problem that you overbooked. And I wish I would of went off on you for the way you treated me, Idk what your problem is and I don’t care, when I come into your establishment as a paying customer I expect respect and if you want respect back you should watch how to talk to customers because you just lost another and not for your work for your attitude again! Your works amazing, your workers are amazing, now you… idk if it’s because my bfs mom had issues with you almost 2 years ago idk and I don’t care. I have been nothing busy respectful and nice to and this how you treat me in return? you don’t treat people like that especially customers you want to come back.
