Had a wonderful experience with the paws clinic. I initially called to schedule an appointment on Monday and got a call back the next day. Unfortunately, my cat snuck out the door right before we were leaving to get him fixed and I had to cancel last minute, the morning of. Thankfully the staff was very understanding and told me to just call back when we found him. My cat didn’t come home until that Friday night so I couldn’t call back until the following week. I ended up getting lucky as they had a cancelation and they were able to get us in for the next day. Not only was communication a 10/10, but the entire visit was so organized and they gave you detailed instructions for everything. Staff was so incredibly kind and patient. I totally underestimated how busy it would be but I can truly say I don’t think I have ever experienced a smoother process anywhere, for anything in my life. As for my cat, he is healing up well and back to his normal self. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that’s looking to get their pet spay/neuter.
I was able to get in with the first attempt of calling on a Monday at 9:00 AM. At first the voicemail was full, so I called right back and was then able to leave a message. I got a call back the following day to schedule for the next week.
I was a nervous cat mom having to take my Mirabelle in for her spay surgery but she was in great hands and they even let me know that I could call for an update to see how she was doing after her surgery. We got additional pain meds and a E-Collar which she wasn’t too fond of so she’s wearing a cat onesie instead. She has been doing great since being home and her incision looks great and looks like it’s going to heal well!
The PAWS clinic is not only perfectly choreographed with respect to their drop-off and pick-up routine, but they’re also very sweet with your pet. ❤️ And as I was dropping my cats off to be spayed, i was crying a little, and they actually took a second to comfort me, and let me know they’d make a note to have somebody call me when surgery was over, and let me know how my babies were doing before they left for the day. Most welcome call i ever received! I could not be more impressed with the overall organization, how much they care, all the options they provide, and the price. Y’all are great! ❤️
Thank you so much Paws for taking such great care of my Binx. Staff was super friendly, detailed, organized and affordable.

Our sweet Suki was recently spayed at The Paws Clinic and she is recovering beautifully so far! They went above and beyond for our pet and we are beyond thankful. Highly recommend!
