I have been living here for 2 years. Any problem I have they make sure they get it done. With out a problem! I don’t have issues with bugs or neighbors, and they are very pet friendly. They work with you when it comes to getting you approved. When I say, I did not have good credit at all. Every apartment was turning me down, and then I got approved. They made it happen! My kids love the neighborhood, they go to the park all the time. In October we do trunk o treat, really good apartment to be in. Downside about this unit. No central air.
People in office are very nice n helpful. The whole process was smooth and simple. The area s nice and quiet. Briana s very helpful n professional
The Manager Beth Radford Is An Excellent Property Manager At Taylor Park Apartments, I Have Been A Resident Over 22 Years ,That Is Why I Have Stayed Here Longer Than I Have, Because I Really Like The Atmosphere , An Everyone Takes Pride In What They Do Briana Huizar Assistant Is An Excellent Assistant Manager.

I signed my lease today!!!! I CANNOT express how helpful & understanding Briana has been through this the whole process. The whole office team is a 100/10. So helpful, welcoming, I was short on my security deposit and they still made this move in possible. I love Taylor park townhomes, even the maintenance is friendly, nice , & respectful. If you looking for a place definitely go apply. The complex is super nice, quiet, peaceful, I loveee my new place. DEFINITELY 1000/10!!! Thank you Briana & Beth!!!!!!!
They have no regards for the communities peace. The maintenance team only works in 1 spot in the whole apartments. There are many loud mornings and loud nights this place I would most definitely not recommend you ever attempting to move here. Management needs to do a better job
