We were there for a birthday party last week and i took a bunch of kids to get their cards scanned for arcade points. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. Its very loud in the park and I could nt hear what she said. Mind you, I was very polite and said can you please repeat. She screamed the points again with rude body language. Like.. why are you all in the business if you cannot even respond to a simple query politely? I am not sure of this place, but if this place closes, it will be due to such rude staff. I aint the one to go ahead and give negative reviews. But disrespect and rudeness needs to be called for! I have had birthday parties at different trampoline parks but so far this is the one where I have seen such disrespect. I was about to make a reservation for birthday parties for both my kids, but thanks to the rude woman, I am not going to. There were nice staff too. But if you are the nice one in the bunch, please find a job elsewhere. If this is how customers are treated, I can only imagine how the employees are treated!

For parents having a bday party here for your kid: be aware for about NULL youll get a party for 15 kids total. You also get a supposed host to help in the party room who literally doesnt even want to cut the cake for you never mind help pass out drinks etc. We had Lianamoura. We got the room 12 mins late yet were rushed out to make sure we didnt get any EXTRA time never mind to make up for the loss of time in the beginning. Our party was 2:30-4:10 (1hr 40 mins) and my son had a blast- his friends would never know the birthday boys moms disappointment either. A good time was had by most (we did have an incident with a girl (we will name molly for sake of story) who was picking on my son’s friend (who we will name Tim) and when Tim finally retaliated against Mollyby throwing a ball in the ball pit- yes… oh my gosh!!! The horror!!!! Molly’s ghetto dad came her rescue and made poor Timmy cry his eyes out. He’s a twin and his brother notifiedtheirmother who tried to reason with ghetto dad of the year to no avail. Although not the fault of FunCity, it just gives insight on the potential chaos you will be subject to on top of trying to get cake in and make sure the kids get a drink ice cream game card (NULL each) as well as entertain parents and then packing up. Included; 1 Capri sun per child, 2 pizza (which having to add more children i should have been able to get another pizza or 2 even since they’re ordered from DOMINOS and not even made in house!!!! However I was told its “pre-ordered”- and since more kids rsvp even up to literally the day I couldn’t possibly give a head count and so too bad. So sad. Anyways I ordered some of my own pizzas from dominos to make sure we had enough for the parents and brought waters and juice. They provided hoodsie cups which were dropped onto the table so graciously with the pizza. There was a pair of gloves I didnt see until the end. Would have helped with passing out the cake, but bringing an additional pair for pizzaisa thought! They do give some plates and forks. Not enough for CAKE AND PIZZA. Expect to eat hoodsies with a teeny tiny spoon or your one alloted fork per kid. 1 sock per kid and 1 tablet to sign waivers on when the kids get there. Which takes a few mins each kid… all in all id say theres plenty of other places to consider but the kids will have their fun if you do go. Just don’t expect to leave with the feeling you got your monies worth ANYTHING!

I came here with my kids yesterday and I was so amazed. This Funcity is the cleanest trampoline place I’ve ever been to. Court Manager Damon (Nickname Dbando) and his young prodigy (YPB) have the court managed to a level of perfection that prime Leonardo davinchi couldn’t recreate. I had a water, air head, and purple Doritos due to dbando’s recommendation. I’m going to host my hedgehogs birthday here in the near future, I’m so excited!!!

My grandkids love going here. They can run, jump, you name it, they burn off so much energy. It’s just very hard to find the kids once inside the building. This day and age all.parents worry about someone taking their kid. I wish there was something they could do to make sure a child leaves with the right parent. Make sure to talk with your kids and explain to never leave with anyone except you! But overall it is a wonderful fun experience for all ages!!

I recently visited FunCity Trampoline Park, and it was an absolute blast! Whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart, this place has something for everyone. The trampoline area is huge and well-maintained, with plenty of space to jump, flip, and burn off energy.

There are also some really fun extras like foam pits, dodgeball zones, and a ninja course that add to the excitement. The staff was friendly, safety-conscious, and made sure everyone was following the rules without killing the vibe.

The place was clean, and they had lockers available to store personal items, which was convenient. Prices were reasonable for the amount of fun you get, and it’s a perfect spot for birthday parties or group outings.

Overall, FunCity Trampoline Park is a great place for an active day out. Highly recommend for families, teens, and even adults looking to let loose for an hour or two!
