This is a great dog park, our dogs absolutely love it here. This place is way back off of the main road, so it’s very quiet and serene
Awesome dog park in a Agan Park. The dog park itself is at the end of a mile long driveway in a heavily wooded setting. Tons of trees within the dog bark and lots of logs for jumping and benches for us humans. Lots of sunshine and fallen leaves today, so our pups thoroughly enjoyed it. We also took a walk on the nearby hiking path, which in itself was enjoyable for all. We will surely be back to enjoy this park further. Btw: I googled Dan Tabacheck and this dog park is an appropriate memorial to him and all that he accomplished in his short life. I’m sure he is looking down extremely proud and humbled.
I have a rescue and she needs exercise but doesn’t know how to walk on a leash yet. I carried her in and she enjoyed this park so much.
Big Dan’s Dog Park has a decent sized fenced in area with lots of trees, a mostly dirt surface, with some ground cover at the far reaches. There are multiple picnic tables and even a seat cut into a tree stump. A big thank you goes out to the person who left an unopened roll of dog waste bags! The community supply was empty. It’s peaceful listening to the woodland birds! *Be aware, poison ivy is leafing out now and is within the fenced in area.
