A hidden gem, moments from home. Family oriented, fun filled, and affordable all wrapped into one perfect summer getaway package. Our family had an incredible time at The Cove this past summer. We stayed at one of the quads directly across from the playground. Everything was close by including the pool, harbor, playground, and storefront. The grounds were well kept. The buildings were new. And the crowd was respectful and full of familes enjoying themselves as well.
SYLVAN beach and amusement park was seconds away and took the entire experience to the next level. If youre looking for a great- long weekend or even week long stay that’s close by and full of fun for everyone- this is the place.
We had a wonderful weekend at The Cove at Sylvan Beach with our two daughters (ages 8 and 10). The accommodations were clean, spacious, and perfect for our stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool, playground, and playing soccer with other children on the fields while we relaxed by the fire pits. The staff was helpful and supportive throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the pontoon boats—this is the only place we’ve ever been where they are included in the stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend The Cove to anyone looking for a great family getaway!
Place is amazing. Came w my family of 6 and the 2 bedroom cottage had plenty of space and was perfect for us. The pool, park, and supply co are all top notch. Great live music food and drinks on site and the boating experience was incredible. Look no further if you’re looking for a family vacation on a lake
Nice weekend trip with 4 adults. Pontoon boat was a big plus as well as the fire pit. Cottage was spotless and very roomy. We stayed in unit 12 (upper unit) which was at far end but great location.(see photos from our balcony) Staff was very nice. We had no issues except running out of gas on our way back in. We made it right to the canal opening and then dead stop. So I recommend filling up regardless of what the gauge says to save yourself the NULL for a tow. Town is small and very walkable either from cottage or parking lot in town.
We just got back from a week stay at the cove. It is an amazing place! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was large and easily accommodated the four of us. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and the cove store is great for anything you may have forgotten. The location to town is easily walkable. The pontoon boat included with our stay was absolutely fantastic. I have limited experience with boats but it was very easy to get the hang of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique place to stay.
