Telfair Park

This park is simply an unkempt grass field. It does have a few benches and picnic tables with a grill. Also has swings and a hemisphere jungle gym both in a large Sandy area. Not the greatest but it is the only Park in the area
I love it there my son can run free gates closed, swings, sand box.. just one thing, that no smoking sign needs To be In all languages cuz some guy was smoking with his family… I wish this city would hurry up and illegalize smoking cigarettes in public!!!
They do have barbecue pits. You can walk dogs there, I have them four stars because someone did not pick up after there dog.
This is NOT a dog park. It’s a neighborhood park for kids that happens to be completely fenced. Well maintained. No restrooms. A few picnic tables and grills, plus trashcans. Local kiddie soccer teams practice here in the evenings. I live 2 blocks away. Great little park.
