Small area adjacent to Oro Vista Park. MRCA Park has no parking, so people park at Oro Vista park, and take the path thru the open fence to access MRCA land. The sunsets here can be gorgeous, and I enjoy coming here to shoot pictures. There are plenty of homeless living in the adjacent riverbed, but are rarely an issue.
