Standard overpriced cheaply made new construction. You can hear everything around you thanks to these paper thin walls. Saw a roach right outside my apartment first night staying here (it was outside at least). Place already has gnats/fruit flies. Already had a simple maintenance request ignored. Washer and dryer closet is too small for normal sized units, so if you’re bringing your own forget it. Their washer and dryer rental service claims to use smaller units, so I guess that’s just a racket they run with them.
I just toured The Ravines at Meadow Ridge & I must say I was impressed with all the modern amenities (resident lounge area, movie room, business center, gym to name a few), beautifully spacious apartments & reasonable prices. The finishes in these brand new apartments seem grand (quality cabinetry, sleek appliances)and I absolutely love the location- close to Sunbury, Delaware, Lewis Center and tucked away in the ravines off 36/37. After going through all my questions, I realized the friendly staff have an unrelenting desire to help people. Being in the top-rated Olentangy school district is just the icing on the cake for my little ones
Lovely complex , close to all the good schools!! Very happy with my experience with the leasing office, Kelly made everything a breeze to get our family started in our new place!! Love love!!
The assistant manager at this new location was awesome. She took me on a tour of their gorgeous 2 bedroom model apartment and was very knowledgeable about all the in’s and outs of the apartment and complex as a whole. You could tell she knew what she was talking about and she actually cared about what she was doing. I did not end up renting from this location as I am no longer moving to the Delaware area, but if I was I would 100% choose The Ravines at Meadows Ridge as my new home. 5 star service
Beautiful and serene location! Large kitchens and tons of closet space. Huge fitness center and beautiful clubhouse. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend moving here!
