Please obey the sign ☣️ and do not get into the water. There is still oil present in the ocean & the smell is strong as soon as you get to the park, be safe out there.

This beach has so much potential but unfortunately there is still oil present. The smell is strong as soon as you get to the water. It is dog friendly off leash, but you have to be extremely careful not to let them step on the oil patties. The upper grassy park area is nice. There is also a dog wash station which was cool. The views from this vantage point are amazing. I recommend checking out Loon point further south as the oil seems to clear up there.
