Riday Trailhead is a hidden gem dog park in Stroudsburg, PA, popular with locals for its well-kept, dog-friendly environment and scenic surroundings. The park offers two separate, fenced areas for small and large dogs to ensure safe, enjoyable play no matter your dog’s size. The pebble-ground play zones feature a selection of agility equipment and open spaces where your canine can run leash-free and socialize. The park is known for its well-maintained paths, ample parking, and picnic spots, along with waste bags and bins to help you keep the area clean. It’s a perfect spot for families and their dogs, thanks to the nearby playground, walking paths, and welcoming community atmosphere.

Multiple hiking trails with varying degree of difficulty. Hike to the top of Big Pocono for some refreshing view. Very cool and scenic, if somewhat windy at the top. Visit on wintry day and you will see people enjoying skiing running right next to hiking trail as well.

I am a beginner Mountain Biker, but I am in good shape and have a great bike. This trail was a solid workout for me but was flat enough that I could move at about 12 mph and feel comfortable.
