Nice walking path. Beautiful view of creek including an observation deck. Lots of parking. Leads to other Metroparks and trails.
Nice place for a picnic, with a paved all purpose biking/hiking/walking trail.
Very pleased with how the park is reverting back to a bog. The river is running healthy, lots of plant and animal life about.
Bonnie Park is a nice smaller park which has restrooms, plenty of picnic tables and grills. Currently the park is undergoing an ecological restoration and site improvement project. If you like hiking off path, just a little walk from the park you can pick up one of many bridal trails in the area.

Great place to spend with your family, a lot of trails to go hike, walk, bicycle on. I kayaked down from 130th took me 3.5 hours. Nice River as long as it’s 3 in Plus on the high side.
