Oxhead Road Baseball Fields in Stony Brook, New York is a well-maintained community park known for its spacious dirt baseball fields. While the park offers ample parking and good field conditions, it is important to note that pets are not permitted at this location, making it not suitable as a dog park or pet-friendly destination. However, families enjoy its clean environment, a small playground for children, and picnic tables, making it a great spot for local sports and family outings.
Easy access and regular maintenance ensure a clean and safe experience for visitors. Though you’ll find plenty of seating and open space, there are no dedicated dog amenities such as off-leash areas, fenced dog runs, or water fountains for pets. This park caters more to youth sports and family recreation than to dog owners seeking a dog-friendly park in Stony Brook.
