Great place to wash your pup. The owners are very friendly and have helped me with directions on how to use the machines in the past. Love that you can pause time while scrubbing your pup, I don’t feel like I’m racing the clock. Also the dryers have more power. I have a long haired breed (portuguese water dog) and this cuts the dry time in half.
What a great idea! We’re traveling and we let our dogs run in a dog park. Got fifty. Google dog wash and saw this. 10 minutes for NULL dollars. Come with everything. I would bring a towel also .. it was clean and nice 😍
Works Great! Nice equipment in good working order. My 4th experience with this type of concept, and by far the best. Hardest part was ” convincing” my dog to climb in.
I took a double coated breed, so for NULL, this is a fantastic option! When his coat was nearly dry, I stopped there to bring him home and finish his blowout on his grooming table with a good brushing. I’m surprised how well this went and will definitely be doing it this way from now on.
June 13th, and this is our 3rd visit, still a beautifully clean facility and easy to use!
Quincy had a full spa after last weekend’s lake escapades.
Shampooed. Deep conditioned. Blow dried and back home to be brushed to perfection. Finished off with a generous spritz of Show Dog PawFume.
He is now clean, fluffy, and thoroughly insulted. Apparently, “eau de lake water” was his preferred cologne.
Thanks to Stella & Sawyer Self Serve Dog Wash for helping me turn my damp, fish-scented Beasty Boy back into a gentleman. He may be sulking, but I can finally let him back on the couch 😜
Pros: clean, good products in machine, easy to use once you get it going.
Cons: no aprons (every other self wash I’ve been to provides waterproof aprons), credit card reader didn’t work and I had to use cash and the machine doesn’t accept NULL’s (tried my debit and credit card and tap to pay with my phone) and there’s no number posted in the space to call if you have an issue.
I had spent 10 minutes luring my 70lb dog into the tub, had him clipped in when I discovered the credit card reader wasn’t working. I wasn’t about to do the same on the other machine with a hope and a prayer. Thankfully I was able to scrape up 2 NULL bills that the machine rejected several times before finally taking. My credit card shows charges pending, so the reader was connected but the machine said transaction cancelled each time. I called my CC after and they said it had not been flagged for fraud or anything so not sure why this didn’t work.
The eventual outcome was good but the process did not work as designed.
