Willow Lake

Willow Lake is a beautiful community lake located in Sterling, VA, great for walking, fishing, and enjoying nature with family and pets. It offers scenic views and a peaceful environment, including a community playground nearby for children. While the lake welcomes dogs and is kid-friendly, visitors have noted occasional trash around the edges and some rough sidewalks. Great place to fish, and walk. However the lake could use some cleaning. I love going for walk though regardless 😍
We love walking here with our son. It’s fun seeing the wildlife. There are some dirty spots of the lake, though.
Good community lake. Good for fishing bass and bluegills. The only problem is the trash, There’s a lot of trash in the lake.
Beautiful place . It’s allowed to fishing, there are a little ramp for skate and it’s close to a community playground . I give it 4 stars just because sometimes it get some trash like bottles and others plastics floating on the edges , it look like management works hard on it , but still need neighbors and users collaboration .
Sidewalks are rough if you’re looking to bike. The amount of trash has been lower recently. Great lake for walks.
