Reviews
Dear Katelyn N. and Leasing Agent staff Keana and Krystle.
This neighborhood is a gorgeous, tranquil,
and family-oriented setting that is
meticulously maintained. The surroundings
are so stunning that it feels like a luxurious
resort, boasting top-notch amenities like a
Peloton room and a fully-equipped gym. The
staff at the leasing office is exceptionally
helpful and accommodating, attending to
both your needs as a tenant and as a person.
Amidst the pandemic, they showed kindness
and understanding, helping to alleviate any
tension. Furthermore, the location is
unbeatable, surrounded by plentiful
shopping, dining options, schools, and
transportation. The community provides
amenities that surpass those of most other
residential areas.
If your on the search for home and are lucky to have an availability with them please take my advice and don’t miss out.
I highly recommend Tommy Cawley and Krystle Cruz because they were unbelievably professional, kind and helpful. I’ve been looking around for an apartment for a while now and no where around this area has had customer service like this apartment complex. Mr Tommy was very helpful and made everything easier and get done very quickly. They are absolutely amazing. I’m looking forward to living at this apartment complex!!
The community is safe and comfortable. It’s a good place for families and those with disabilities. The units are nice and there is no shortage of garages and external storage for rent. The staff is kind and accommodating. Tommy with the office and Sterling with maintenance are very professional and helpful.
My email to corporate- also please note all the people leaving “good” reviews have only left one or two reviews on Google.
I was genuinely interested in exploring The Reserve at Town Center for my family, but unfortunately, I never got the chance to see the property due to an extremely disappointing interaction with one of your leasing agents, Krystle Cruz.
From the moment we walked in, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming. Without any greeting or hospitality, she simply stated, “Here are the prices. We don’t have anything to show,” in a dismissive tone. Despite this, I remained courteous and asked a basic question: whether the community was family-friendly, as I have a 3-year-old daughter. Her response was, “Yes, for those who can afford it.”
I was stunned. I responded by sharing that I work in tech, earn x amount a year, and have a 750 credit score. So yes, I can afford it—but that’s beside the point. I’ve never been spoken to in such a condescending way during a professional interaction. My wife and I were so taken aback that we decided to leave.
Out of principle, I returned to speak with your property manager, Katelyn Nassoiy, to express how unacceptable this interaction was. She listened, apologized, and assured me that Krystle’s behavior was not in line with the standards expected of the team and that she would address it.
While I appreciated Katelyn’s professionalism, the experience left a lasting negative impression. If this is how potential residents are treated during a first visit, I can’t help but question how current residents might be treated once a lease is signed. Unfortunately, this interaction completely turned me away from considering The Reserve at Town Center.
We can’t say enough positive things about The Reserve at Town Center — this place truly feels like home. From the very beginning, Tommy and Crystal made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. Their professionalism, patience, and responsiveness were unmatched. We had a lot of questions and visited multiple times before making a decision, and not once did they make us feel like a burden. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and treated our concerns with urgency and care.
Since moving in, that same level of service has continued. The apartment itself is wonderful, and the maintenance team is equally impressive — prompt, courteous, and dedicated to keeping everything in top shape. The grounds are always clean, there’s plenty of parking, and you can genuinely feel the pride in how the property is managed.
In a place like Sterling, where it can be hard to find a quality apartment community, The Reserve at Town Center truly stands out. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and feel valued as a resident, this is the only place to be. Thank you again to Tommy, Crystal, and the whole team — you’ve created something really special here.
