From my own childhood, when I’d visit my grandfather on Juniper street and race my siblings to the park, To present day, bringing my children to share in my nostalgic experience, is truly a full circle moment. This park has a full basketball court, volleyball net in the sandpit, and plenty of park for tots to teens. Briar Patch is for families.❤️

Excellent playground with areas for many different age groups. Plenty of things to climb. The flooring looks like mulch but is nice and soft / cushioned.

Good variety of playground equipment. Most is unshaded, so avoid going in the heat of the day. There are shaded areas with benches and 1 picnic table.

This was a really neat playground. There were lots of play features, slides, and climbing. The main play area is *mostly* fenced in. The swings are outside the main play area down a little path, so there’s no risk of kids running in front of swings going between equipment. There was exercise equipment for adults, picnic tables, sand volleyball, and restrooms. Most of the equipment was in full sun though, so be aware. The ground has the squishy floor instead of loose mulch, which is nice if your tired of your little throwing mulch.
